Bobbie Harris, President Bobbie joined TTC in 1964 when it was known as the Tunbridge Wells Drama Club and has acted, directed and worked backstage on countless productions over the years. She has served on the committe as Treasurer, Chairman and now we are proud to have her as our President.
Glen Marks, Chairman Glen has been a member of TTC since 1991 shortly after moving to Tunbridge Wells with his family and joined the committee as Membership Secretary in 1994 and subsequently also edited the club's regular Newsletter. Over the years Glen has acted in countless productions for the club. He has been the TTC Chairman since 2002.
Chris Moreton, Treasurer Chris, together his wife Nicky runs the financial side of TTC. A long standing member of TTC and other local societies Chris is passionate about the arts. A Chartered Accountant by trade we are fortunate to have his financial management skills - never before have spreadsheets been so eagerly received.
Nicky Moreton, Joint Treasurer Together with Chris, Nicky assists in the financial management of TTC and is also a very busy TTC member - on and off stage. Nicky joined TTC in 1966 when it was known as the Tunbridge Wells Drama Club, her first play being The Lady's Not For Burning and she was then known as Erica Nicholls. She has costumed many of our productions. Nicky has been involved with TTC and other local societies for many years and like her husband Chris is a strong believer in professional level amateur drama.
Stephen Upsall, Publicity/Marketing Stephen has been involved with local drama for many years and after a career in The Army moved back to Tunbridge Wells in the late 90's. He has appeared in a number of productions for TTC with recent 'favourites' including Gordon in 'Neville's Island' and Orsino in Twelfth Night. Stephen is a director of a recruitment consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells.
Catherine Allen, Membership Secretary Catherine has been an active member of TTC for some years - both on and off stage. Recent appearances have included Trixie in 'Daisy Pulls It Off' and in 'Out of Order'. Her acting versatility is matched by her fantastic organisational skills. Great at welcoming new members, being production manager and generally getting a grip of things!
Paul Rowlandson Paul has had a long interest in live theatre primarily as an enthusiastic theatre-goer. He has been a member of Trinity for the past 3 years following retirement after a career in the police and civil service. He joined the committee in 2009 to help with all the off-stage issues that make up production management.
Gavin Rodney Gavin has been a member of TTC since 2006 and is active in helping with publicity and working backstage in most productions. He has a keen interest in writing for the stage. Gavin was born and raised in Southern Africa and moved to the UK in 1999. He works as a financial editor in the City.
Di Byers Di has been involved in theatre since school days, doing costumes at the Gulbenkian Theatre in Canterbury in the 1970's, and since moving to Tunbridge Wells in 1980 has been involved with panto and the Theatre Club ever since. She has held various posts on the committee since 2001 and is involved with either costumes or production duties on most shows!
